Trial Subscription FAQ
Q. Will I be automatically billed when my trial subscription ends?
A. Absolutely not. First of all, we don't bill. We use Paypal so you decide if and when you want to pay for a MyCards Subscription. Just the "Renew MyCards" link when you're ready.
Q. Will the cards I entered be lost if my MyCards Subscription expires?
A. No. We retain your collection's information (for up to a year) if you let your MyCards subscription expire, in case you decide to re-new your MyCards Subscription at a later date.
Q. What if I renew BEFORE my subscription ends?
A. The new time you purchased is ADDED to your expiration date so nothing is lost by re-newing early.
